Many individuals simply need a safe place, guidance, structure, and encouragement to begin rebuilding their lives. This organization was founded from a place of compassion, purpose, and the belief that no situation is permanent.

My name is Zakura Favors
I founded This Too Shall Pass Favors Transitional Housing from a place of compassion, faith, and personal purpose. Throughout life, I have witnessed how difficult circumstances, instability, and lack of support can impact individuals and families. I created this organization because I believe everyone deserves a safe place, a second chance, and the opportunity to rebuild their life with dignity and hope.
My passion comes from wanting to help others overcome life’s challenges and realize that their current situation does not define their future. I understand that healing takes support, structure, encouragement, and faith. Through this organization, my goal is to provide a welcoming environment where individuals feel valued, supported, empowered, and inspired to move forward.
As someone passionate about helping others and giving back to the community, I believe transitional housing should be more than just a place to stay — it should be a foundation for growth, healing, restoration, and long-term success.
